Machine Capacity & Capability
As a guide, the Machine will remove gum at an average rate of one piece every 15 seconds -
therefore 240 pieces per hour. Taking a 6-hour operator’s day this equates to 1440 pieces per day.
To be entirely realistic, allowing for brush changes, interruptions, etc, a figure of 1200 – 1400
pieces per day is definitely achievable and a diligent operator will achieve 1800 or more.
