The cabinet is constructed with a powerful heating lamp that effectively keeps the contents at the perfect serving temperature.

This, combined with the built-in water pan, ensures pastries are kept warm and appealing – preventing the pastry from drying out. With easy-to-use dial controls, the pie cabinet allows you to quickly adjust the temperature to suit the contents – so you’ve got the accuracy and precision to hold a wide variety of foods.

The sliding glass doors give you fast and easy access to the contents, whilst also keeping potential contaminants like insects and bacteria out – essential for good food hygiene.
