This meat slicer by adexa is a manual gravity feed food slicer with a compact design that's ideal for smaller establishments where space is limited. Ideal for slicing vegetables and processed meat, easy to use and with an adjustable slice thickness from 1/16" to 1/2", this 10 inch professional food slicer is made of top quality aluminium for durability, and comes with a built in sharpening assembly. The slicer's stainless steel blade is belt-driven by a powerful motor and meat carriage is removable for easy cleaning. Also featuring a fixed ring guard for safety. This slicer is excellent for low-volume applications and would be perfect for less demanding establishments.
