Here is a stunning original Printer's typeface cabinet with 14 drawers made by John Haddon & Co, London. Each of the drawers has two dividers creating three sections.

The cabinet measures approx 41(d) x 92 (l) x 80 (h).

The cabinet has lots of character, marks and scratches consistent with a working life all creating a fantastic patina. Rare to see matching drawers, making a complete unit. The drawers alone often go for between £20-30 each.

It would make a fantastic piece of furniture perhaps as a sideboard, cupboard and a great statement piece for those enjoying the resurgence of al things industrial and retro.

The cabinet itself separates into two halves and both the top and bottom are also removable.

The drawers like the cabinet have plenty of signs of their working life but are still usable and could easily be lined.

The whole piece has only had a light clean and depending on the required finish could be sanded down and re-varnished or waxed or left as is!

Delivery notes

The Cabinet will need to be collected in person or by courier (in which case it will only be lightly wrapped in cardboard and the risk of any damage in transport will lie with the purchaser) from Sheffield either S1 or S6 Hillsborough depending which is most convenient. Pick up by preference would be Monday to Friday 8-5pm by prior arrangement.
